General Recommendations:

- Eliminate as much of the processed and cooked food as possible
- Eliminate as much of the refined sugars and flours as possible
- Eat fruit for dessert
- Eliminate all fast foods and snack foods
- Eliminate all hydrogynated oils and trans fatty acids. Replace with olive oil and fresh butter.
- Eat organic (especially when it comes to meat) to avoid pesticides that destroy the digestive system.
