General Recommendations:

"Every cell, system, and organ in our body is produced from the food we eat. You can't make a healthy body from unhealthy foods."

- Eliminate as much of the processed and cooked food as possible

- Eliminate as much of the refined sugars and flours as possible

- Eat fruit for dessert

- Eliminate all fast foods and snack foods

- Eliminate all hydrogynated oils and trans fatty acids. Replace with olive oil and fresh butter.

- Eat organic (especially when it comes to meat) to avoid pesticides that destroy the digestive system.

- Raw juice fasting for those seriously ill. (raw tomato, apple, ect.)

Although this can work miracles & has been proven to work better than any other method it does not work in all cases and depends on how soon you can get after it.

Also, it is actually Illegal to state that these methods can in any way affect ANY disease or disorder so not only is this statement below required, but This site can be taken off the internet and persecuted by the FDA.
